Bretagne
Professional driver service on the Crozon peninsula, landscape gem of Finistère with the Pen-Hir cliffs, Cap de la Chèvre, Goulien beaches and the Festival du Bout du Monde in August.
The Crozon peninsula, formed by a granite advance into the Atlantic Ocean between Brest harbour to the north and Douarnenez bay to the south, is one of the most spectacular landscapes in Finistère and Brittany. Crozon, the peninsula's main town, has 8,000 inhabitants and organises the economic and tourist life of a territory including Camaret-sur-Mer, Roscanvel, Argol, Telgruc-sur-Mer and Landévennec. This Greek cross-shaped peninsula offers a succession of spectacular rocky points plunging into the ocean, alternating with golden sand beaches protected by red schist or granite cliffs. The natural heritage of the Crozon peninsula is largely protected by the Armorique Regional Natural Park. The Pointe de Pen-Hir, at the western tip of Camaret-sur-Mer, presents cliffs reaching 70 metres above the ocean and offers views of the Tas de Pois, a spectacular alignment of rocky reefs a few hundred metres offshore. The Cap de la Chèvre, south of Crozon, marks the southernmost point of the peninsula with a semaphore and a memorial to naval aviation. The beach of Île Vierge in Crozon, ranked among the most beautiful beaches in Europe, is only accessible on foot by a steep coastal path. Each first weekend of August, the Festival du Bout du Monde takes place in Landévennec, on the south bank of the Aulne facing Crozon. Created in 2000, this eclectic music festival programmes artists from all continents, mixing traditional music, rock, electro and polyphonic singing. The event brings together 60,000 festival-goers over three days in an exceptional natural site at the confluence of the Aulne and Brest harbour. FJ13 offers a driver service from BES airport, Brest or Quimper with precise knowledge of access and seasonal constraints.
The Festival du Bout du Monde takes place each first weekend of August in Landévennec, on the natural site of Lanvéoc near the Saint-Guénolé Abbey. The event programmes about a hundred artists from around the world over three days and welcomes 60,000 festival-goers. During the festival, access roads are regulated with traffic time slots and remote car parks served by official shuttles. FJ13 offers coordinated transfers from BES, Brest station, city centre hotels and campsites, with drop-off in dedicated festival pickup zones.
Brest-Bretagne airport (BES) is 50 kilometres north of Crozon, about 45 minutes drive via the Iroise bridge crossing Brest harbour then the D791 towards Crozon. The route offers panoramic views over the harbour and peninsula. For international travellers arriving at BES wishing to reach the peninsula directly, we offer transfers with arrivals area greeting and drop-off at the accommodation location (hotel, rental, campsite).
The Goulien beach in Crozon is one of the most renowned surf spots in northern Brittany, attracting national and international surfers. Conditions are optimal in autumn and winter with waves regularly reaching 1.5 to 2.5 metres during Atlantic swells. Several local surf schools offer beginner to advanced lessons and equipment rental. Our driver service offers transfers from Brest or Quimper to surf spots with adaptation to tides and weather conditions.
Beyond urban rides, FJ13 offers a complete range of B2B and event services.
