Morbihan
Driver service in the Morbihan prefecture, to the gulf, Chorus exhibition park and coastline.
Vannes, prefecture of Morbihan with about 54,000 inhabitants and nearly 70,000 in its conurbation, is one of the major tourist and economic cities of southern Brittany. Located at the head of the Gulf of Morbihan, the town preserves a remarkable medieval heart with its ramparts, washhouses, half-timbered houses and Saint-Pierre Cathedral. The marina hosts many sailing boats and is the starting point for excursions to the gulf islands (Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz) and further afield to Belle-Île-en-Mer or Houat. The Chorus exhibition park, on the outskirts, hosts more than 50 events per year, including professional shows, concerts and regional conventions.

Vannes is 110 kilometres from Nantes-Atlantique airport and the journey takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes via the N165, a dual carriageway expressway between the two cities. During the summer season, particularly on July and August Saturdays, traffic can extend the duration by 15 to 30 minutes depending on tourist flows toward Morbihan.
Yes, the ferry to Belle-Île-en-Mer departs mainly from Quiberon, with daily connections by Compagnie Océane and Navix. Vannes is 50 kilometres from Quiberon via the D768 and D781, with a journey of about 50 minutes. We schedule pickup based on boat departures to Le Palais or Sauzon.
