Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between fj13.fr and its users (hereinafter "the Client" or "the User") in the context of using the SaaS platform for VTC booking management.

2. Service description

fj13.fr provides an online platform allowing VTC operators (Order Givers) to:

• Manage their bookings and rides
• Administer their partner drivers
• Issue invoices
• Communicate with their customers via SMS, email and WhatsApp
• Offer an online booking form
• Synchronise their Google Calendar agenda
• Accept online payments

3. Registration and access

Access to the platform requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Pricing and subscriptions

Use of the platform is subject to a monthly or annual subscription, the prices of which are indicated on the Subscription page. Prices are stated in euros, taxes included.

• Solo Plan : 19 EUR/month, access to all features (bookings, calendar, invoicing, SMS and email notifications, online booking page, online payment)

A free 14-day trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card. No commission is taken on rides or payments. Additional paid options (platform messaging, advanced features) may be subscribed separately.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card through our secure provider Stripe. The subscription is automatically renewed at each due date unless previously cancelled by the User.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent. However, fj13.fr offers a free 14-day trial without a credit card, allowing the entire service to be tested before any financial commitment.

7. Termination

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space or via the Stripe billing portal. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. Sums already paid are not refunded.

8. Liability

fj13.fr undertakes to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platform. However, fj13.fr cannot be held liable for:

• Temporary interruptions related to maintenance or updates
• Damages resulting from improper use of the service
• Content entered by Users on the platform
• Commercial relations between VTC operators and their customers

9. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party services (ClickSend, Resend, Stripe, Google Calendar, Meta WhatsApp). The User is responsible for configuring and complying with the terms of use of these services. The costs related to these third-party services (SMS sending, Stripe fees, etc.) are borne by the User.

10. Data ownership

Data entered by the User on the platform (customers, bookings, invoices) remains the property of the User. In the event of termination, the User may request the export of their data within 30 days.

11. Modification of the T&Cs

fj13.fr reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of the registered office of fj13.fr shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
