From how many days does a roadshow make sense versus standard chauffeur rides?
From 2 consecutive days with at least 4 meetings per day, the roadshow model makes more sense than a series of separate rides, because repositioning the chauffeur is shared. Below 2 days, hourly chauffeur hire or standard rides are a better fit.
Can the chauffeur cross the Swiss border without difficulty?
Yes, provided the administrative file is prepared beforehand. FJ13 keeps the mandatory documents up to date (vehicle registration, insurance, individual professional chauffeur card). Border crossings are prepared together with your itinerary.
Do you provide an English-speaking chauffeur?
English-speaking chauffeurs are available on request, subject to availability. For another language, mention it in your request and we will check feasibility.
Do you handle the chauffeur's accommodation if the roadshow lasts several days?
Two options: your organisation books a room in the same hotel as your teams (often preferable for morning coordination); or FJ13 books a nearby hotel with receipts included in the invoice. In both cases, the chauffeur observes the mandatory rest periods (11 consecutive hours between two working days).
What happens if a meeting is cancelled that very morning?
Contact us as soon as possible: we reorganise the schedule with you (return to the hotel, an alternative route, or waiting for the next meeting). Cancellation terms depend on notice: free more than 48 hours ahead, 50% between 48 and 24 hours, no refund within 24 hours.
Can the vehicle carry several attendees at the same time?
Yes. A van carries up to 7 passengers with luggage and suits delegations travelling as a group. Beyond 7 people, several coordinated vehicles are needed.
