From Europa-Park, the most requested chauffeur routes reach Strasbourg (55 km, 45 min), Sélestat (25 km, 25 min), Obernai (45 km, 40 min), Colmar (50 km, 45 min) and Haguenau (80 km, 1 h).
Transfers from Europa-Park include flight tracking and corporate billing for business journeys.
Chauffeur transfers to Europa-Park for families, groups and works councils
FJ13 runs transfers to Europa-Park at Rust from Strasbourg, Selestat, Obernai, Haguenau, Colmar and the whole of the Bas-Rhin. The service suits families who would rather avoid the tiredness and the parking scramble in high season, groups of friends who prefer to travel together in comfort, and works councils organising an annual outing for their staff.
The park welcomes more than 6 million visitors a year, and the Rulantica indoor water park completes the offer. Our protocol covers set-down at the main access area, agreeing the return time by text or a direct call to the chauffeur, and the option of splitting the day (park in the morning, Rulantica in the afternoon) with two separate pick-ups.
Areas and routes served to Europa-Park Rust
The usual route from Strasbourg takes the A35, then the Pont de l'Europe at Kehl and the German B3 to Rust: 55 km and 45 minutes in free-flowing traffic. From Selestat it is 25 km via the A35 and the B3 (25 minutes). From Obernai, 45 km via Molsheim and the border (40 minutes). From Colmar, 50 km via Neuf-Brisach and Breisach am Rhein (45 minutes).
During the Europa-Park Christmas markets (November to January) and the French and German school holidays, allow 15 to 20 minutes more on the way back. FJ13 monitors traffic in real time and moves the departure time accordingly, at no extra charge.
Vehicles and comfort for families and groups
The FJ13 fleet offers sedans (up to 3 adults with luggage), vans (up to 7 passengers with luggage) and spacious estate cars for families travelling with a pushchair and bulky child equipment. Child seats are available on request, €15 (infant, child or booster).
For long days at the park we also offer on-site waiting: the chauffeur parks at P1 and stays reachable throughout. That option is charged by the hour and allows an immediate return if plans change because of the weather, a tired child or a shortened visit.
Booking and how the Europa-Park transfer works
Book online 24 hours a day through the FJ13 module. Give the number of passengers, the ages of any children so the right seats are fitted, the time you want to reach the park and your return time. We reply within 2 business hours to any manual request.
How it works: the chauffeur arrives 5 to 10 minutes before the agreed time, fits the child seats and loads the light luggage. At Europa-Park you are set down at the pedestrian access in front of the main entrance, or at Rulantica depending on your plan. For the return, a call or text to the chauffeur 30 minutes before you leave is enough.
