Does my concierge need training to use the platform?

No. The platform was designed to be usable in 5 minutes by any member of your front desk. A 30-minute demo is enough to train the entire team. FJ13 provides a printable PDF guide and a technical referent reachable 7 days a week for ad-hoc questions.

What commission does FJ13 pay to the hotel or concierge?

Commission ranges from 5 to 12 percent of the gross amount of each ride brought in, depending on your monthly booking volume. Payment is by monthly bank transfer with a detailed statement per ride and per guest. The split model (hotel only, concierge only or split) is defined with you when the partnership is set up.

What happens if a guest is unhappy with the driver or vehicle?

FJ13 fully handles the after-ride relationship. In case of a complaint, you forward the ticket to FJ13 and we handle any refund and quality follow-up with the driver. Your hotel is never legally responsible for how the transport unfolds, FJ13 assumes that responsibility as the operator.
