How will I recognise my chauffeur on arrival?
On arrival at the airport, your chauffeur waits at the baggage claim exit with a personalised sign. You receive their phone number and the vehicle plate by SMS before landing. For general aviation flights, an FBO accreditation procedure allows for a welcome at the foot of the aircraft.
Can I book for several passengers or bulky luggage?
Yes. The FJ13 fleet includes Sedans (up to 3 passengers with luggage) and Vans (up to 7 passengers with luggage) suited to groups and oversized items (skis, bikes, strollers). Indicate your configuration when booking.
Is the service available at night and on weekends?
Yes, 24/7, including public holidays. Early morning flights (before 6 am) and late arrivals (after 11 pm) are covered. Transparent night surcharge, announced at booking. A fleet of 40 vehicles guarantees service continuity.
