Chauffeur transfers to Petite France, Strasbourg's UNESCO quarter
Petite France is the most emblematic historic quarter of Strasbourg, listed by UNESCO since 1988 within the Grande Ile. Its half-timbered houses, the canals of the Ill and the locks make it one of the most photographed scenes in Alsace. The quarter is home to starred restaurants, traditional winstubs, craft shops and several well-known reception venues.
FJ13 runs transfers to Petite France from the central hotels, Strasbourg station, Entzheim airport and the river cruise berths at Port du Rhin, as well as for private events such as weddings, birthdays and cocktail receptions. Our chauffeurs know the authorised set-down points at each entrance to the pedestrianised quarter.
Restaurant evenings, cocktails and private events
Le Buerehiesel (two Michelin stars) in the Orangerie park, Au Crocodile (two stars) and the historic winstubs (Au Pont Saint-Martin, L'Ami Schutz, Maison des Tanneurs) draw an international clientele. FJ13 offers a dedicated service for business dinners and private evenings: pick-up at your hotel, set-down as close as possible to the restaurant, and collection on a call or text after the meal.
For private events (civil weddings in Petite France, receptions in the salons of the Bouclier d'Or, birthdays), we coordinate several vehicles on synchronised timings for the couple and their guests. The service runs until 2 am (20% surcharge between 9 pm and 6 am).
Batorama cruises and international tour groups
The Batorama landing stage at the Palais Rohan is 500 metres from Petite France. The Batorama river cruises show Strasbourg from the water and pass through the Petite France locks. We arrange combined itineraries: set-down at the landing stage, then collection at the disembarkation point after the 1h15 cruise.
Rhine river cruise operators (Viking, CroisiEurope, A-ROSA) moor at Port du Rhin, 4 km from the historic centre. FJ13 drives these passengers to Petite France, with waiting time available during their guided tour of the quarter.
